KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Build and maintain mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships and manage doctor referrals to the hospital

Recruitment and establishment of Practice Development for New Doctors 

Manage overall patient experience within the hospital

Conduct research on doctor and specialist professional needs

Data monitoring and information within the DRM and PXM department

Control department budgets / finances

Manage marketing and communication initiatives
 

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:  Relevant Tertiary qualification 

DESIRED EDUCATION: Relevant Degree

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:  5 years or more experience within the healthcare sales industry/business development

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To identify, build and maintain good relationships between doctors, specialists and Mediclinic to grow and develop the business. Furthermore, to ensure that all functions at the hospital are performed in a manner that optimises patient experience and to be responsible for the marketing of the hospital to the public.
